Tailor made retreats at Greenmerse Farm will offer a variety of training sessions in niche small groups. Spend your time learning and having fun with your dog(s), friends & family, whilst relaxing in the beautiful surroundings of Dumfries and Galloway.
ACTIVITY HOLIDAY
Enjoy a holiday in Dumfries & Galloway as well as training your dog! Have a go at any of the activities offered on this holiday or go and explore this county. There is so much to do here!

Monday 21st July- Thursday 24th July 2025

The schedule is pretty flexible due to the lovely Scottish Weather. There will be a morning activity from 10:00-13:00. We will then have lunch. A second activity session will start at 14:30 and finish around 16:30. There will be a BBQ on one of the nights and various options for you to then explore Dumfries & Galloway with its multitude of walks and places to eat!
The Activity Holiday includes:

On site camping in one of our fields. A tranquil place to stay in between your training sessions.

8 activities you can choose to do with your dog; games session, Scent work, Walk in the woods, Agility, Kayaking & Paddleboarding, Scent Hurdling, Mantrailing & Gundog Skills.

Social activities- coffee time, fireside chats, BBQ & team building activity!

The full cost is £400, a deposit of £100 is due on booking. 8 weeks prior to the event the remaining £300 is due. No refunds if cancelled within 8 weeks prior to the activity holiday.
GUNDOG RETREAT
Monday 26th - Wednesday 28th May 2025
This tailor made retreat will offer a variety of training sessions on 121 and a niche small group basis.
Recharge your batteries and relax surrounding by the lovely landscape of Dumfries between your training sessions.
Spend three days immersed in learning about Gundog training where we focus on YOU and your dog with this truly unique, special and bespoke Gundog experience.
Through the power of games, we will help you build, grow and hone your Gundog skills. We train only using positive, reward based training methods, with the goal of having fun with our dogs. Dogs of any level are welcome right from puppy through to adult!
The Gundog retreat includes:

Camping in one of our fields surrounded by the amazing country side.

1 121 session throughout your stay to really personalise your experience and boost your skills.

We will finish the three days with a mini competition!
The full cost is £400, £100 deposit is due to secure your booking and the remaining £300 is due 8 weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be given 8 weeks prior to the Gundog Retreat.
