DOG WALKING

This is where Adele's Dashing Dogs began! We love our dog walks- Adele ensures every dog in the group fits together well. When you get in touch with us, Adele will arrange a meet and greet at your house so that one of the dog walking team will know how your dog behaves and the character of your dog. Taking into account what you need, one of the team will trial your dog in that group and see which group will get the best out of your dog.

HOW DO DOG WALKS WORK?

We run dog walks Monday-Friday morning and afternoon. Our pick ups start at 9:00 and depending on where you live dogs are dropped off around 11:30. Afternoon pick ups start around 11;30 and dogs are dropped off around 14:30.

We collect your dog from your house, take them to our walk location, walk for an hour and drop them back off home.

LOVELY LIZZIE!

Lizzie is a animal lover through and through; she enjoys learning about what makes them tick and how to help them perform at their best. Lizzie has an undergraduate degree in equine studies and a master's in agriculture- where she completed her dissertation on dairy cow behaviour. Lizzie has grown up with horses, dogs, guinea-pigs, rabbits, cats and spent her holidays helping with the sheep on the farm where her horse was. Lizzie has also worked on pig and chicken farms and was a riding instructor. If the job is outside and there's animals involved, she's in!

Lizzie has a horse called Pearl and a German Pointer called Skye- she takes her to our dog training classes. Lizzie is excited to put the skills she learns in classes to all the dog's she walks.

WALKING REQUIREMENTS

Dog walking isn't a walk in the park. Getting the right mix of dogs is a process in itself. We want all the dogs on our group walks to have fun and feel safe. It is also very important for the Adele's Dashing Dogs team to feel safe walking the dogs they have.

When your dog joins the group they are going to be in, your dog will be on a two week trial period. In this time if there are any teething issues this will be discussed and you may be invited to train with us.

There is a two walk minimum requirement too- this is so the dog feels settled with the dog walker and groups they are in.
